1. Acceptance of Terms

By using cvpark ("Platform", "Service", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

cvpark is a free platform that allows users to create, store, and share their professional CVs online. Through the platform, users can:

  • Create personal profiles
  • Add work experiences, educational information, and projects
  • Share skills and social media links
  • Create customized profile URLs
  • Upload profile pictures

3. Account Creation and Security

To use our platform, you must create an account. When creating an account:

  • You must provide a unique username and valid email address
  • You must create a strong password
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us at info@yazilimsallik.com if you notice any suspicious activity

4. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Not violate the rights of others
  • Not share illegal content
  • Not compromise the security of the platform
  • Not upload spam, malware, or malicious code
  • Not misuse the platform for commercial purposes
  • Not harass or disturb other users

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or violent content
  • Pornographic, obscene, or adult content
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Misleading or false information
  • Unauthorized sharing of personal data
  • Fraud or phishing attempts
  • Activities threatening platform infrastructure (DDoS, hacking, etc.)

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. Platform Content: The design, logo, software code, and all other materials of the cvpark platform belong to Yazılımsallık and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2. User Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload to the platform (CV information, photos, projects, etc.). However, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform and provide our service.

6.3. License Scope: This license allows us to perform the technical operations necessary to display, store, and serve your content on the platform. We do not use your content for other purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Service Changes and Termination

8.1. Right to Modify: cvpark reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate its services, features, and these terms of service without prior notice.

8.2. Account Suspension: If you are found to be in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or delete your account.

8.3. User Termination: You may close your account at any time. When your account is closed, your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The cvpark service is provided "AS IS". Yazılımsallık:

  • Does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Is not responsible for the accuracy of user content
  • Accepts no liability for third-party services (Google reCAPTCHA, etc.)
  • Cannot be held responsible for data loss, business loss, or indirect damages
  • Maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law

10. Indemnification

In the event of your violation of these terms of service, you agree to indemnify Yazılımsallık, its employees, partners, and service providers against all claims, demands, damages, and expenses (including legal fees).

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform uses the following third-party services:

  • Google reCAPTCHA: For security and spam protection
  • Google Fonts: For typography
  • Font Awesome: For icons
  • jQuery: For JavaScript functionality

The use of these services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1. Governing Law: This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

12.2. Jurisdiction: The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.

12.3. Dispute Resolution: Good faith resolution will be sought first; if no agreement is reached, legal action may be taken.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1. Entire Agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

13.2. Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.

13.3. Waiver: Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

13.4. Assignment: You may not assign this agreement to anyone else. Yazılımsallık may assign this agreement.
